Who is Liz?
Liz is Elizabeth Lee, an award-winning journalist who loves to cook and write about food. She covered diets, nutrition, sustainable food, grocery shopping and food safety as a longtime food reporter for The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, and was a finalist for two James Beard Foundation Awards for writing.
As a freelance writer and editor, she's getting more time to prepare meals for her family. Her work appears online at WebMD and also in the AJC.
